There are a variety of different functioning hand controls on the market today to fit your needs and comfort level.
Left Foot Accelerator Pedal
If you have issues with the use of your right foot due to arthritis, limited sensation or a prosthetic, left foot accelerator pedals make for an ideal solution for transferring the position of the gas pedal to the left side of the break pedal.
Spinner Knob
A Spinner Knob is recommended when using a hand control because it replaces the function of a hand over hand steering.
